We publish core and supplementary educational material for local school curricula in a wide range of subject at all levels under the Longman and Heinemann imprints. We also offer a wide range of Higher Education and Technical materials, including Vocational and Edexcel.

Literature and Readers

As one of the oldest English language publishers in the world, Pearson has a wealth of literacy materials available, including contemporary, African and world literature, as well as popular classics. On the continent, we publish in all four genres – novel, poetry, drama and short story – all at varying ability levels – from pre-literature through to senior secondary level. We publish in English as well as in indigenous African languages, and are very proud to offer the Heinemann African Writers Series as well as the Junior African Writers Series (JAWS).

Digital products and eLearning materials

PSA International is a forerunner in the development and distribution of affordable digital materials. Materials range from simple CD-ROMs, suitable for moderately resourced classrooms, to more sophisticated learning and teaching programmes and aids, including digital books. We endeavour to inspire and motivate teachers and pupils across the whole of Africa.
